Yields Approximately 1 Cup
Yogurt and glycerin make a great sour cream substitute.
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 teaspoon 100% pure vegetable glycerin
Mix yogurt and glycerin in a small bowl. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
12 carbohydrates Yogurt is not allowed on the diet but this recipe can be used occasionally. Please do not use it on a daily bases, (one to two times a week).
